Scheduled Inspections

  • Undertake regular checks on your property. (e.g. Once or twice monthly – or as requested/agreed.)
  • Provide you with reports, verbal or written, (and photographs) as applicable.
  • In the unlikely event of something needing doing, notify you. Be it immediately, imminently, or in due course.
  • Organise relevant / appropriate technicians if needed / as instructed.
  • Attend their visits to your property, and secure it after their departure . . . . . .

Our regular / scheduled 'standard' Inspection Visits always include:

  • Airing /ventilating the property.
  • Checking all lights, electrics and appliances.
  • Opening / run taps, ensuring no drainage evaporation or stagnation.
  • Checking and flushing all toilets.
  • Checking for leaks and any humidity issues etc.
  • Additional visits and checks after any storms. (wind, rain, hail, lightning)
  • Checking blinds, toldos, security bars etc.
  • Check / inspect terraces and terrace furniture, exteriors etc.
  • Irrigate any indoor plants. (Plus outdoor and garden if applicable / requested.)
  • Checking all property perimeters.
  • Reporting all as applicable by email. (With photos as necessary)
  • Immediate contact by telephone for any more serious / urgent issues.
  • Organising / collaborating with appropriate trades as requested / instructed.
  • Additional services or requirements you may have, by request.

Key Holding - Access Management

This also allow for (if requested / required) the pre-airing of your property before your own arrival, or that of visiting family and friends.

We can ensure the refrigerator and freezer are ‘On’ and ready, maybe filled with some basic food items (If requested).  In short, ensuring a comfortable and relaxed welcome for everyone, from the moment they arrive at your property.

On the departure of visitors, we can then check the property, ensure all appliances have been / are switched Off, (as applicable) and collect the keys for our ongoing safe custody.

Possibly, instead of regular checks, you would simply require our having the keys securely held for 24/7 emergency or maintenance access?

If you are having any work done in your absence, (reform or maintenance for example) if not being undertaken by ourselves, we can arrange for the access of any and all appointed tradesmen.

Accompanying them throughout their stay if required. (Hourly / daily rate applicable) Oversee their work, and check all on their departure.
Therefore maintaining safe custody of the keys of your property, at all times.
